Fractional Executive

A senior leader who works part-time across one or more companies, e.g. a fractional CFO or CTO.

Fractional executives give early startups access to senior expertise without a full-time salary or equity package. Common roles include fractional CFO, CTO or CMO. They help bridge capability gaps affordably until a full-time hire is justified.
